Glass bottle packaging methods will depend on customer requirements.
Usually we use the following two ways for packaging.
-
(1) Standard pallet packaging
-
(Bottle+tray paper+packing strap+shrink film)
This method puts the glass bottles on trays, separated by tray paper on the top and bottom, and finally fixed with packing tape and wrap film, which is very strong. There is basically no breakage.
This method can fit as many glass bottles as possible in a limited space and help customers save the unit cost of each bottle.
The downside is that some bottles may be slightly scratched during long distance transportation because there is no grid between each bottle.
(2) Carton pallet packaging
(Bottle+carton+packing strap+shrink film)
This method puts the glass bottle inside a carton and then on a pallet, and then uses the same safe packaging method that follows to ensure that the glass bottle is unbroken and scratch-free. In addition, when the customer receives the glass bottles, there is no need to take them off one by one and put them back into the carton.
Generally speaking, most of our stock products are available in carton packaging. For custom products, we can also customize the carton with the customer’s logo.
The disadvantage is that this type of packaging is a little more expensive than pure pallet packaging, and the number of glass bottles per pallet is less than pure pallet packaging.
(3) Pallet packaging plus
(Bottle+paper partitions+tray paper+packing strap+shrink film)
This method allows the pallet to hold enough glass bottles without allowing the bottles to be scratched in transit. And the cost is slightly cheaper than cardboard boxes.
However, the minimum order quantity for these paper partitions is high, and they are only suitable for packing glass bottles of the same size. So it is more suitable for customers’ bulk order of the same kind of glass bottles.
